WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

  • Most parts are stock items, normally dispatched on a next working day delivery service (between 9am and 6pm). Please allow 1-2 days for delivery on orders made after 3.00pm.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE IN TO SIGN FOR IT?

  • Yes, in order for us to accurately track orders you will be required to provide a signature when the goods are delivered.

MY PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED BY THE DATE I WAS TOLD?

  • Carriage charges only apply to orders under £100.

DO YOU DELIVER ABROAD?

  • This is not a feature our website provides, however we’d be happy to provide you with a quotation for carriage charges abroad. Please email info@windowopeners.co.uk  with the parts you require, as well as your full address.
