  • Yes, please email us with your full name, contact phone number and email address and we’ll email across a new set of instructions.

I NEED SOMEONE TO INSTALL A NEW SYSTEM OR REPAIR AN OLD ONE. DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE IN OUR AREA?

  • We'll try our best. Just forward us the address for the job and we'll contact you with a list of recommended installers in your area.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

  • Most parts are stock items, normally dispatched on a next working day delivery service (between 9am and 6pm). Please allow 1-2 days for delivery on orders made after 3.00pm.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE IN TO SIGN FOR IT?

  • Yes, in order for us to accurately track orders you will be required to provide a signature when the goods are delivered.

MY PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED BY THE DATE I WAS TOLD?

CARRIAGE CHARGES?

  • Carriage charges only apply to orders under £100.

DO YOU DELIVER ABROAD?

  • This is not a feature our website provides, however we’d be happy to provide you with a quotation for carriage charges abroad. Please email info@windowopeners.co.uk  with the parts you require, as well as your full address.

  • I NO LONGER REQUIRE THIS ITEM, CAN I RETURN IT?

  • Providing the item is returned within its original packaging, has not been installed, has no marks, scratches, scuffs or paint marks, and is in full working order we’d be happy to accept this return. Please email info@windowopeners.co.uk for a returns form along with details as to what to do next. Please note if a product is returned without its original packaging, is marked in anyway or is no longer working there will be a charge. The customer will be expected to make their own arrangements with regards to postage.

THIS PRODUCT IS FAULTY, CAN I RETURN IT?

  • If a product is thought to be faulty please contact our support team info@windowopeners.co.uk or request a call back so we can discuss what could be going wrong. If no solution can be found we’d be happy to have the product back for testing and if proved to be a manufacturer fault we’d be happy to credit/replace/repair. If the product fault is deemed to be a result of being installed incorrectly (not a manufactuer fault) no refund will be issued and the product will be returned to sender.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

  • Any discrepencies or shortfalls on your delivery must be reported within 3 days from date of delivery.
  • We accept returns on any unwanted products up to 14 days from date of order, this is providing the goods are returned in their original condition and fully working.
  • Should you wish to return a product outside of this 14 day period a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund ammount.
  • Any carriage charge for returning an item will be at your expense.

  • HOW LONG ARE THE PARTS ON MY ORDER COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

  • All products are covered under warranty for 12 months from the date of order.

I’M AFTER A SIMILAR PRODUCT NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE, COULD YOU HELP ME FIND IT?

  • Yes, please email us with the details of the product you require and we’ll do our best to source it and provide you with a full quotation.
